Garment Care 2 Go takes great care in cleaning each rug individually. After vacuuming the rug front and back, the rugs are pre-spotted, hand washed front and back in a mild, specially developed solution, then thoroughly rinsed. They are air dried, then individually wrapped in clear plastic for protection.
Please review the following information in order to address stain and heavy soil issues.
Stains that don't come out: Animal urine and vomit, red wine, food coloring, felt pen markings, some coffee and tea stains. Stains are sometimes more apparent after washing.
Heavy soil: Deep soil, especially in light colors, may appear gray and is extremely difficult to remove.
Fringes: Although extra attention is given to fringes, often these will not come totally white. Bleaching tends to deteriorate the fringe material.
Olefin rugs: The fibers tend to pull and show on top even after hard brushing.
Tufted rugs: These rugs have adhesive backing which tends to break down with age.
This causes a sandy residue to appear on the rug which cannot be controlled or removed.
Dyes can't be prevented from floating from one area to another. We are very attentive to the potential problem and attempt to control fugitive dyes. However, we cannot guarantee against color bleeding.
